Emcee Classiq considers himself an Emcee slash everything else. He is a business man during the day and an entertainer by night. Constantly making efforts to push his fellow partners to the next level. You could find him in the booth constructing new material, a meeting setting up new partnerships and business ventures, or on stage with DJ eMeL and DJ Ernie-C hyping the crowd and embracing his fellow partners. On the softer side, his love for music and becoming a success is his animalistic focus. The feelings he has for Hip-Hop and music in general are second to none. He is passionate about giving the people something they can embrace as well as embracing them. If you ask him what he’s all about he will tell you in 3 simple words " LOVE, FOOD and HIP-HOP. Who/What made you want to become an emcee?
Well, my family (cousin, uncles, and brother) had an influence but what made me really go hard was watching my family fail.

Top 5: Jadakiss (bars), Nas (life teacher), Royce Da 5'9 (bars), Black Milk (bars and concepts), Jay-Z (the business man, the music).

Favorite group?
Slum Village (RIP Baatin) and Slaughterhouse.

What you enjoy doing when you're not writing or performing?
Reading, cooking, spending time with my niece, learning new words, history, and watching Youtube :)
